中西医结合洽疗小儿毛细支气管炎50例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组48例，给予抗感染、平喘对症治疗；治疗组50例，在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药制剂，水煎取汁20～50mL，1剂／d，多次温服。2组均以5～7天为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组的治愈率及总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Therapeutic Effects of Integrative Medicine in Patients with Children Bronchiolitis: a Report of 50 Cases

Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of integrative medicine in patients with children bronchiolitis. Methods：Atients were randomly divided into control group（n=48） which received antibiotic and antiasthmatic symptomatic treatment and treatment group （n=50） which received Chinese medicine preparations on the basis of above symptomatic treatment,decoction juice 20-50 mL, daily potion,several times by warm,5 to 7 days as a course of treatment.The effects were observed after a course of treatment.Results：The cure rate and total effective in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination treatment has good effects and is worthy of promotion for children bmnchiolitis.
