| 摘 要： | 目的：人工流产对再次妊娠分娩的影响。方法：随机抽取2007年7月—2008年3月间拱墅区围产期保健手册共1286张,回顾性分析有、无人工流产史对孕产妇妊娠分娩的影响。结果：有人工流产史孕产妇孕早期出血、产后出血的发生率高于无人工流产史孕产妇（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：人工流产术可增加再次妊娠分娩时孕早期出血、产后出血的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of induced abortion on subsequent pregnancy. Method A retrospective study on the influence of induced abortion on subsequent pregnancy was applied to compare pregnant women with induced abortion with those without induced abortion. Data of 1,286 women randomly obtained from perinatal care manuals of Gongshu District were analyzed from July 2007 to March 2008. Results The rate of early hemorrhage and and postpartum hemorrhage among the pregnant women with induced abortion are more significantly higher than that of the pregnant women without induced abortion （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Induced abortion can increase the rate of early hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage in subsequent pregnancy. |
