老年糖尿病患者低血糖反应观察和护理

目的分析老年糖尿病患者低血糖反应的临床特点,并探讨护理措施。方法回顾性分析86例老年糖尿病低血糖反应患者临床资料,观察低血糖反应的临床特点并总结护理措施。结果 86例患者病情均得到有效控制,治疗效果显著,无死亡病例出现。其中83例单纯糖尿病低血糖患者在2～4d内出院,3例糖尿病低血糖合并中风患者20～40d出院。结论护理人员应熟练掌握低血糖反应的相关知识,科学鉴别和护理,工作中加强对患者的健康教育,提高护理质量,促进患者的顺利康复。

Observation and Nursing Care in Elderly Diabetic Patients with Hypoglycemia Reaction

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with diabetes low blood sugar reaction, and to explore the nursing measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of elderly diabetic patients with low blood sugar reaction clinical data, observation of the clinical features of low blood sugar reaction and summed care measures. Results 86 cases of patients were effectively controlled, obvious curative effect, no deaths occurred. 83 cases of hypoglycemia in diabetes patients in 2～4 days after discharge, 3 patients with hypoglycemia in diabetes with stroke from 20 days to 40 days of discharge. Conclusion Nurses should be familiar with low blood sugar reaction knowledge, scientific identification and care, working to strengthen the health education of patients, to improve the quality of care, and to promote the successful rehabilitation of patients.
