超早期立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果分析

目的探讨超早期立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效,以供临床参考。方法以在该院接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者120例为研究对象,进行随机分组。对照组进行传统开颅手术治疗,观察组进行超早期立体定向手术治疗。术后比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分和并发症发生率的差异。结果与对照组相比较,观察组神经功能缺损评分明显较低,并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超早期立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血,临床疗效满意,术后并发症少,可促进患者康复。

Clinical Effect Analysis of Ultra Early Stereotactic Operation in Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective Observe effect of ultra early stereotactic operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, for clinical reference. Methods Choose 120 cases from Feb. 2008 to Jan. 2012 in our hospital as research object, random grouping. Control group was treated with traditional craniotomy operation in super early stage, observation group was treated with stereotactic operation. Compared the two groups with nervous function defect score and the difference in complication rate. Results Compared with control group, observation group of neural function defect score was significantly lower, lower complication rates, with significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultra stereotactic operation in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, clinical curative effect, less complications, which can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
