| 摘 要： | 伏立康唑在国内外侵袭性真菌感染治疗中具有极其重要的地位,其报道的不良反应包括神经系统损害、肝胆系统损害、视觉损害、皮肤反应、变态反应、肾功能损害、周围性水肿、骨膜炎、低血糖等。应用时应充分了解药品可能出现的不良反应及药物间的相互作用,正确判断疾病治疗过程中出现的变化,及时调整治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Vodconazole have an extremely important position in the treatment of invasive fungal infections at home and abroad. Reported adverse reactions include nervous system damage, the hepatobiliary system damage, visual impairment, skin reactions, allergic reactions, renal dysfunction, peripheral edema, periostitis, hypoglycemia. We should be fully aware of drugs that may arise between adverse reactions and drug interactions, the right to determine the changes that have occurred in the course of disease treatment, so as to adiust treatment in time. |
