不同护理对开胸术后肺部并发症的影响分析

目的探讨不同护理模式在开胸手术后的应用效果。方法随机将62例开胸手术患者随机分为两组,实验组给予常规临床护理干预,实验组使用振动排痰机器对患者进行辅助的排痰。观察比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、治疗费用和排痰感受。结果实验组低氧血症、肺不张等发生率较低,患者舒适度更高,与对照组比较(P<0.05);实验组治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在开胸手术后实施振动排痰机可以更好地预防开胸手术后的并发症,值得应用。

Different Care Pulmonary Complications After Thoracotomy

Objective To observe the effects of the different model of care after thoracotomy. Methods A randomized 62 cases of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group treated with routine clinical care intervention, the experimental group using the vibration the expectoration machine auxiliary expectoration patients. Observed two groups of patients the incidence of postoperative complications, treatment costs and expectoration feelings. Results The experimental group hypoxemia, atelectasis incidence is low, higher patient comfort, compared with the control group（P〈0.05）; experimental group, the cost of treatment is lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After thoracotomy implementation of vibration the expectoration machines can better prevent complications after thoracotomy worth Application.
