针刺治疗早期白内障对照性临床研究

目的：观察针灸疗法对白内障的治疗作用。方法：将108例207只眼早期白内障患者随机分为两组，针刺组采用针刺治疗，西药组采用西药白内停眼药水治疗，观察两组的疗效及对血清SOD和LPO的改变。结果：6个月后，可见针刺能使视力提高，针刺组总有效率为72．5％，西药组为27．5％；视力级别测试、晶体混浊改善及随访有效率也均高于西药组；同时可见血清SOD含量上升，高LPO含量下降。结论：针刺对早期白内障形成有确切的疗效。

Control Clinical Study of Acupuncture Treatment on Early Cataract Formation

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture treatment on cataract. Method: Acupuncture therapy for the l49 eyes of 78 early cataract patients is compared with western medicine Baineiting eye drops therapy for the 58 eyes of 30 cataract patients after that therapy has been treated for 6 month. Results: The total effect rate of acupuncture therapy is 72.5%, western medicine therapy is 27.5%. Acupuncture effect on the clinic improving effects of the vision degree, lens opacity degree, eyesight (include follow-up survey) is raised. The serum SOD level is raised and the serum LPO level is reduced, which is significantly than the western medicine. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment can effectively treat early cataract.
