2006年-2010年新昌县托幼机构餐具消毒监测结果分析

目的:全面了解新昌县托幼机构餐具的卫生质量状况,为餐饮卫生监督提供科学依据。方法:采用快速纸片法检测大肠菌群,并对2006年-2010年检测结果进行统计分析。结果:2006年-2010年全县托幼机构餐具大肠菌群总合格率为86.24%;其中"城区"86.95%高于"乡镇"82.56%;不同量化管理级别食堂餐具大肠菌群合格率A级>B级>C级;采用电子消毒柜消毒合格率为92.12%,高于煮沸法84.18%。结论:五年间合格率呈明显上升趋势,从62.47%提高到91.09%,工作成效明显;建议卫生、教育部门继续加强监督和管理,尤其是乡镇托幼机构和C级食堂应提高执法力度和监督频次;建议各托幼机构食堂餐具消毒采用电子消毒柜法,使餐具消毒既安全又方便。

Analysis of disinfection monitoring results of tableware in kindergartens in Xinchang county from 2006 to 2010

Objective:To fully understand the hygienic quality status of tableware in kindergartens of Xinchang county,and provide scientific basis for food hygiene supervision.Methods: The rapid paper disk method was used for the detection of coliforms,test results from 2006 to 2010 were collected for statistical analysis.Results: From 2006 to 2010,total qualified rate of coliform in kindergartens of the county was 86.24%,city(86.95%) was higher than township(82.56%).The qualified rates of tableware in refectories with different quantization levels were grade A> grade B> grade C.The qualified rate of electric disinfection cabinet was 92.12%,higher than boiling method(84.18%).Conclusion: The qualified rates of the five years showed an upward trend,increasing from 62.47% to 91.09%,which indicated the improvement of working efficiency.The departments of health and education should continue to strengthen supervision and management,especially the kindergartens in townships and grade C refectories.It is recommended that electric disinfection cabinet should be used in kindergartens to make the tableware disinfection safe and convenient.
