| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法将80例小儿肺炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,均予抗炎、平喘及对症治疗,治疗组在上述基础上加用自拟化痰汤煎服。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,疗程明显缩短。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,病程缩短,促进肺炎痊愈。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with pneumonia. Methods 80 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All cases received anti-inflammatory, antasthmatic symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group got extra self-prepared decoction for dissipating phlegm. Results The treatment group had better curative effect than the control group, and the treatment course shortened obviously. Conclusions The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with pneumonia has significant curative effect with shorten course. |
