痰热清注射液佐治肺部感染43例疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗肺部感染的疗效及安全性。方法将86例肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。两组均给予祛痰平喘等对症支持及左氧氟沙星静滴治疗,在此基础上治疗组另加痰热清注射液静滴治疗7d。结果治疗组的显效率为81.4%,显著高于对照组的51.2%((P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率为95.3%,也显著高于对照组的74.4%(P<0.01)。治疗组在退热,咳、痰、喘、肺部罗音和阴影消失所需时间方面,均明显短于对照组(P<0.01),且未见明显副作用。结论痰热清注射液治疗肺部感染安全、有效,值得临床推广。

Curative Effect Observation on Tanreqing Injection in Treatment of 43 Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Tanreqing injection in treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods 86 cases with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups received eliminating phlegm and relieving asthmatic symptom medications as well as levofloxacin.In addition,the treatment group was given Tanreqing injection for 7 days. Results The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01).There was significantly difference between two groups in duration of fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,pulmonary rattle and consolidation (P<0.01).The treatmen group had few side effects. Conclusion Tanreqing injection is effective and safe in treating pulmonary infection,and should be widely used.
