2001-2005年北京某高校新生入学体检结果分析

目的了解入学新生的健康状况。方法对2001-2005年入学新生的体检结果进行统计分析。结果2001-2005年入学新生不同年度、性别、病种间无差异(P>0.05),同一年度间男性合格率低于女性(P<0.05),专业受限和不合格率高于女性(P<0.05),不合格疾病主要为慢性肝炎且肝功能异常,其次为肺结核、心脏病等,男性慢性肝炎且肝功能异常者的发病率高于女性(P<0.05),其余疾病无性别差异。不合格学生第二年均顺利入学。结论学校在制定防病计划时应考虑到已患有慢性病学生的健康教育问题,加强他们自我保健能力,顺利完成学业。

Analysis of Physical Examination Results of Registration Freshmen in a Certain University in Beijing From 2001 to 2005

Objective To investigate the health status of freshmen and to provide the evidence for developing health education plan.Method The physical examination data were analyzed with the SPSS 11.5 software,and Chi Square was applied to test the statistical significance. Results The physical examination results showed no significant difference from 2001 to 2005,the qualification rate in males is lower than that of females,while the specialty limitation rate and the unqualified rate in males were higher than those in females.The leading disease was chronic hepatitis with abnormal hepatic function,followed by tuberculosis and heart disease.The incidence of chronic hepatitis with abnormal hepatic function in males was higher than that of female, and the difference was statistically significant,but no difference among the other diseases.All unqualified students enrolled in with their latter qualified physical examinations.Conclusion This university should develop health education plan pertinent to chronic diseases among the students for strengthening their self protection abilities,and fulfilling their studies smoothly.
