护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用效果分析

目的探讨护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的临床应用效果。方法120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组（各60例），观察组采用有效的护理干预措施，对照组按一般常规进行临床护理，比较两者效果。结果两组患者术前焦虑发生率、术后疼痛程度、护理服务满意度及并发症发生率观察组均明显好于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），术后住院时间观察组与对照组比较明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论积极有效的护理干预是手术成功的基础和保障，对促进患者的早日康复及提高疗效起到积极的作用。

The application of nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy postoperative complications

Objective To disscuss the application of nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy postoperative complications. Methods 120 patients were divied randomly into the investigation group and the control group （each group 60 cases） , the former took the effective nursing intervention measure, the latter took the traditional nursing method, and then compared the the effect of them. Results The morbidity of anxie- ty before the operation, degree of pain after the operation, degree of satisfaction in nursing serve and the morbidi- ty of complications in the investigation group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.01/P 〈 0.05 ）, the average inpatient days was obvious lower in investigation group than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Actively nursing intervention was the base and ensure of the operation to successed, and that＇ s had the positive effection in advance the recure and inprove the effect of cure.
