仿真头颅模型在口腔修复学临床前期教学中的应用

仿真头颅模型教学系统为口腔修复学临床前期教学提供了一个模拟临床操作的平台。本文结合我院长期的教学经验对该系统在口腔修复学教学中的特点、应用、优缺点、改进措施以及未来的扩展应用进行了全面的阐述。同时指出,口腔医学教育带教教师应当紧密结合临床实践克服该系统的缺点,使其在教学中能够最大程度地模拟临床实际,提高口腔医学生临床前期的实践技能,实现向临床实习的平稳过渡。该系统还为口腔修复学临床前期的标准化教学打下了基础。

The use of head-simulator in preclinical teaching program of prosthodontics

Head-simulator provides a basis for simulating not only a patient but also a dental treatment unit in an ergonomic way in preclinical teaching program of prosthodontics. In this article, the characteristics, usage, advantages and disadvantages, improvement and extended usage of this dental simulation system were completely described according to our long-term teaching experience. The instructors should make its use to the full extent in simulating the clinical situations by avoiding its disadvantages. It will not only help to improve clinical skills of the dental students, but also provides a basis for standardization in preclinical teaching program of prosthodontics.
