Application of Evidence-based Medicine in Quality Control of Medical Records

The concept and guideline action of evidence -based medicine were introduced, and then the measures to improve quality of medical records with it were proposed as following the demand of it to write the medical record, listing the results of evidence, prove the authenticity of the evidence, treating the patients combining clinic practice with best evidence and evaluating the effects. With the idea of evidence - based medicine, the quality of medical records could be enhanced, and the management of clinic practice path could be perfected.
