摘    要:
高脂血症是动脉粥样硬化的主要危险因素之一,其中sLDL是动脉粥样硬化的独立的危险因素,较1LDL具有更强的致动脉粥样硬化作用。对于难治性特别是家族性高脂血症,药物治疗少有疗效,血液灌流吸附治疗是目前推荐的治疗方法。为此,本研究以纤维素为载体,以磺酸基 胆固醇的双亲基团为配基首次合成了双亲型吸附剂,分别经体外吸附和体内动物灌流实验,检测吸附剂的吸附量。结果显示:双亲纤维素-5吸附剂对LDL、TC、TG有较好的清除作用,对HDL无明显的影响,而且可以改变LDL的分布谱,降低sLDL的百分含量,具有良好的选择件。

Abstract:
The association between hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis is unequivocal.And low density lipoprotein (LDL) subclasses differ concerning their atherogenic potential. Small,dense LDL are more atherogenic than large,buoyant LDL.LDL apheresis is considered currently a recommeded treatment option for patients with refractory hyperlipidemia (especially familial hypercholesterolemia) who fall to respond adequately to diet and drug therapy.In order to develop a better adsorbent,In the paper a novel adsorbent cellulose adsorbent with amphiphilic ligands was synthesiged.The efficacy of the adsorbent were tested in vitro and in vivo respectively.The result showed cellulose adsorbent with amphiphilic ligands not only decreases TC,TG and LDL mass,but also improved LDL profile.
