| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨微孔矫形术治疗(踇)外翻畸形的手术治疗方法和临床疗效.方法 本组66例100足均采用微孔矫形术治疗,术前与术后6月摄片测量(踇)外翻角(HVA)、Ⅰ～Ⅱ跖骨间角(IMA)和远端跖骨关节角(DMAA),同时辅予中药熏洗及口服中药汤剂.结果 疗效结果示优:91.00%,良:9.00%,差:0.00%;术后6个月HVA、IMA和DMAA比术前明显减小.结论 微孔矫形术治疗(踇)外翻畸形具有微创、美观、恢复快、安全、易掌握、不打石膏、不需另外取骨植骨,不需外固定等多种优点,尤为重要的是手术保留跖骨头,形成无痛性假关节,不破坏足部3个负重点即跟骨结节,第一跖骨头及第五跖骨头,生活能自理,明显减少术后并发症,具有广泛的临床推广使用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of the surgical treatment hallux valgus with microbore orthopedic operation.Methods Sixty-six patients (100 feet) with hallux valgus adopted the surgical treatment of microhole orthopedic operation.
