| 摘 要： | 目的研究托吡酯对大鼠血肿周围脑组织的保护作用及作用机制,方法将健康雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为假手术组（n=20）,脑出血组（n=20）和脑出血治疗组（n=20）,采用Fredrik等建立的自体股动脉取血并向大鼠尾壳核注射方法复制脑出血模型。各组按术后6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h及5 d分为五个亚组,经尾壳壳行冠状切片,硫代巴比妥酸比色法测MDA含量,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测SOD含量,干湿重法测脑组织含水量。结果脑出血治疗组脑组织含水量、MDA均低于脑出血组（P〈0.05）;SOD均高于脑出血组（P〈0.05）。结论托吡酯能降低血肿周围组织MDA含量,上调SOD表达,对脑出血后神经细胞损伤具有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the protective effect and mechanism of topiramate on intracerebral hemorrhage in rats.Methods： A total of 50 healthy male rats were randomly divided into false-operation group（n=10）,intracerebral hemorrhage（ICH）-therapy group（n=20） and ICH control group.Each group was further divided into 5 subgroups respectively according to 6 h,24 h,48 h,72 h and 5d after model creation.Cerebral hemorrhage model was duplicated with the method created by Fredrik.The contents of SOD and MDA were determined separately by xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method;brain water content was detected by dry-wet weight method.Results： Topiramate effectually lowered MDA,brain water content and heightened the content of SOD.Conclusion： Topiramate can decrease MDA content and increase SOD content on injured neuron after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats,protecting the neurons around the hematoma after ICH. |
