| 摘 要： | 目的了解福建省儿童碘营养水平,为因地制宜、科学补碘提供依据。方法全省84个县(市、区)按5个方位随机抽取1所村小学,每所小学各随机抽检20名8～10岁儿童检测尿碘含量。结果全省共检测尿样8 218份,尿碘中位数为184.1μg/L,尿碘水平<50μg/L的占5.1%。沿海地区儿童尿碘中位数(157.7μg/L)小于内陆地区(201.1μg/L)。结论福建省儿童碘营养总体上处于适宜水平,碘营养水平主要与碘盐摄入量有关,与是否处于沿海地区无关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the iodine nutrition of aged 8-10 children for supplementing iodine scientifically according to local conditione in Fujian.Methods By using randomized sampling method,the village elementary schools in five directions in 84 counties of Fujian were selected and the contents of urine iodine of 20 children in every school were detected.Results Totally 8 218 samples were detected and the median of urine iodine(MUI) was 184.1 μg/L.The percentage of urine iodine lower than 50 μg/L was 5.1%.MUI in coastal areas(157.7 μg/L) was lower than that in inland areas(201.1 μg/L).Conclusion Generally speaking,the level of iodine nutrition of children in Fujian is appropriate,and is mainly related to the iodine salt intake,but nothing to do with coastal living areas. |
