2006～2011年德保县艾滋病疫情分析

目的:通过分析2006～2011年德保县艾滋病(AIDS)的流行现状及趋势,为制订预防控制策略和实施预防干预提供科学依据。方法:收集医疗卫生单位艾滋病疫情报告资料和艾滋病专报系统监测的结果,对德保县艾滋病疫情进行流行病学分析。结果:2006～2011年德保县累计报告艾滋病毒(HIV)抗体阳性110例,确诊AIDS患者37例,死亡24例;HIV感染年龄最大82岁,最小年龄2岁,20～49岁年龄组占83.64%;男女比例1.16∶1;职业以农民(农民工)为主,占66.36%;传播途径以性传播为主,占86.36%。结论:德保县AIDS呈流行状况,性传播成为艾滋病的主要传播途径,有明显上升趋势,也是今后预防控制艾滋病流行的关键环节。

Analysis of 2006 ～ 2011 AIDS epidemic situation in Debao County

Objective: By analyzing the prevalence,features,and trend of AIDS from 2006 to 2011 in Debao county,to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies and the implementation of preventive interventions.Method: Retrospectively analyze the epidemic report of AIDS from different medical institutions and the data from special reporting system on AIDS in Debao County.Results: The number of cases reported HIV virus(HIV) antibody positive added up to 110(age ranged 2-82),among which 37 cases were diagnosed AIDS and 24 died.The age group from 20 to 49 years accounted for 83.64%,the male to female ratio was 1.16:1,and the career of the cases was mainly farmers(66.36%) especially as migrant workers.The main transmitted way of AIDS was sexual transmission(accounting for 86.36%).Conclusion: In Debao County,AIDS was a clear upward prevalent trend,sexual transmission of AIDS has become the main route of transmission,but also the future of AIDS control key.
