运得素治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效

目的:探讨运得素治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法:选取我院门诊病毒性上呼吸道感染患者84例随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组42例.对照组给予利巴韦林及化痰、止咳治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予运得素100万IU/次,1次/d,肌肉注射,疗程3d.结果:第1天症状显效率治疗组为85.71％,对照组为47.62％.3d总有效率治疗组为95.23％,对照组为66.67％.两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:运得素治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效显著、安全,减少了抗生素滥用,值得临床推广使用.

Clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α1 b injection on viral upper respiratory tract infection

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α1b injection on viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods: 84 patients with viral upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given ribavirin to eliminate phlegm and relieve cough;while patients in the treatment group were given intramuscular injections of recombinant human interferon α1b injection on the basis of 100 million IU / times,once a day for 3 days as a course of treatment.Results: The effectual rate of the symptoms in the treatment group and the control group at the first day was 85.71% and 47.62% respectively.The total effectual rate for 3 days in the treatment group and the control group was 95.23% and 66.67%,which was of statistical difference(P<0.05on).Conclusion: The treatment of viral upper respiratory tract infection with recombinant human interferon α1b injection is effective and safe.It reduces antibiotic abuse and is suitable for clinical use.
