微创经皮肾取石术治疗上尿路结石中X线与B超定位的比较研究

目的:探讨微创经皮肾取石术B超定位及监测治疗上尿路结石临床疗效。方法:将238例单侧上尿路结石患者分为两组,微创经皮肾取石术联合B超治疗上尿路结石122例为实验组,微创经皮肾取石术116例患者为对照组。结果:实验组的一期结石清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、住院时间、平均住院费用等短于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者均无严重并发症。结论:微创经皮肾取石术联合B超治疗上尿路结石具有定位准确、创伤小、安全有效、结石取尽率高等优点,值得临床推广。

Comparision of minimally invasive percutaneous niphrolithotomy combined with positioning and monitoring of ultrasound in the treatment of upper urinary calculi

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) combined with positioning and monitoring of ultrasound on treating the upper urinary calculi.Methods: 238 cases with calculi in unilateral urinary tract were divided into two groups.MPCNL combined with ultrasound was applied to treating 122 cases(the experimental group),while MPCNL was applied to treating 116 cases(the control group).Results: There were significant difference of the calculi-free rate in the first stage between the two groups(P<0.05) The average operating time,average intraoperative bleeding volumes,time and coat of hospitalization of the experimental group were less than those of the control group.There were no serious complications occurred in the two groups after operations.Conclusion: MPCNL combined with ultrasound possesses the advantages of accurate localization,less trauma,safety,effectiveness and high calculi-free rate in the treatment of upper urinary calculi,which is worth of clinical applications.
