脉搏血氧饱和度监测在EICU中的应用

目的：总结脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）监测在危重病人救护中的应用效果，为临床救护提供依据。方法：对EICU病房81例患者，连续进行SpO2监测，了解机体氧合功能，指导调整吸氧流量，及时给予气管插管、气管切开，选择合适的呼吸机工作条件，为撤机提供参考，以及转运病人时评估患者的呼吸循环功能。结果：SpO2监测能及早发现低氧血症，早期给予人为干预，为危重患者抢救赢得时间。结论：SpO2监测能为EICU患者的救治及护理提供科学依据。
