杭州市社区居民灾害现场急救技能的调查分析

目的探讨杭州市社区居民对灾害现场急救技能的现况及相关影响因素。方法自行设计社区居民灾害现场急救技能与需求问卷。选择杭州市4个街道中8个社区里的510名居民进行问卷调查。以成组t检验及方差分析对性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、健康状况及是否参加灾害培训进行比较,并用logistic回归分析相关社区居民灾害现场急救技能的影响因素。结果被调查的社区居民灾害现场急救技能普遍低下,但是学习需求比较强烈。对不同社区居民年龄、文化程度、职业及是否参加灾害培训比较,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。logistic回归分析显示社区居民灾害现场急救技能普遍低下的主要影响因素为年龄和是否接受过灾害急救培训。结论普及灾害救护知识和技能,增强居民的灾害意识及提高灾害现场急救及防护能力。

Questionnaires analysis on first aid skills at disaster site in Hangzhou community residents

Objective To investigate current status and influencing factors on first aid skills at disaster site with community residents. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were randomly conducted in 510 residents in 8 communities from 4 subdistricts in Hangzhou. The gender, age, educational level, profession, health condition and whether received first aid training or not were compared by group t test and variance test. The logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors correlated with the first aid skills at disaster site in residents. Results Residents were generally lack of skills of disaster first aid, but their desire to learn were intense. There were statistical differences in age, educational level, profession and whether received first aid training or not among different residents (all P < 0.05). And the factor age and whether received first aid training or not were found to be the influencing factors for the first aid skills at disaster site in residents. Conclusion It is necessary to popularize skills of disaster first aid, enhance disaster awareness and improve protective ability in the community residents.
