刘完素李东垣火热证认识之异同

本文通过对刘完素和李东垣2位医家在脾胃病火热证的认识进行比较,二者对脾胃病火热证论述各有侧重,刘完素偏重六气火化致病,治宜开达玄府,宣通气液;李东垣注重脾胃内伤,治疗多补中益气、升阳散火。从而增加我们对脾胃病火热证的进一步认识,为以后的临床提供治疗思路。

Similarities and Differences of Fire Heat Syndrome by Liu Wansu and Li Dongyuan

This paper compared the understandings of fire heat syndrome in spleen and stomach disease by Liu Wansu and Li Dongyuan. Both of them have different emphasis on fire heat syndrome in spleen and stomach disease. Liu Wansu thought that transformation of six qi into fire caused disease, and the treatment should open sweat pores, diffuse and smooth qi and fluid. Li Dongyuan thought the internal damage of spleen and stomach caused the disease, and the treatment should supplement the center and boost qi, raise yang and dissipate fire. These will increase our understanding of fire heat syndrome of spleen and stomach disease, so as to provide treatment ideas in clinical practice.
