淫羊藿化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:
目的:探讨淫羊藿叶的化学组成成分。方法:使用萃取、正相硅胶、溶剂法提取法、制备高效液相色谱分析法、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等多种分离纯化方法,来对淫羊藿叶化学成分进行分离研究,综合应用磁共振成像、质谱等方法鉴定各单体化合物结构。结果:从淫羊藿干燥叶的95%乙醇提取物(V/V)中共分离鉴定7个化合物,分别为4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯;4-羟基-3-异戊二烯基-苯甲酸;3,5,7,4'-四甲氧基黄酮;2,3,4,6,7-五甲氧基-菲;5,7,4'-三甲氧基-4-苯基香豆素;4-羟基-(2E)-2-壬烯酸;4,5,-二羟基-2,3,6-三甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲。结论:化合物1-7均为首次从淫羊藿属分离得到化合物。

Abstract:
To study chemical composition of Epimedium leaves. Methods:The extraction method, silica gel, extraction solvent, preparation of high performance liquid chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and other purification methods were used to study the separation of chemical constituents of the leaves of epimedium. NMR and mass spectrometry were comprehensively applied to identify all the compounds. Results:7 compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract of Epimedium dry leaves (V/V), including (1) 4-hydroxy cinnamic acid methyl ester, (2) 4-hydroxy-3-polyisoprene-benzoic acid, (3) 3,5,7,4'' tetramethoxflavone, (4) 2,3,4,6,7-five methoxy-Philippines, (5) 5,7,4''-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin, (6) 4-(2E)-2-hydroxy-nonenoic acid, (7) 4,5, dihydroxyl-2,3,6-trimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene. Conclusion:Compound 1-7 is firstly isolated from Epimedium genus compounds.
