中医手法联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床观察

目的:通过对膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)行中医手法联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗,观察其临床疗效。方法:选取2014年12月至2016年5月上海市光华中西医结合医院骨科门诊诊治的符合要求的早期KOA患者101例。根据治疗方法不同,将所有患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=50),分别行中医手法联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服和单纯硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节功能评分、HSS膝关节功能评分、WOMAC评分,并行组内与组间比较;根据中医病证诊断疗效标准进行疗效评估。结果:2组患者在治疗前的性别、年龄、病程、体重指数、Lysholm评分、HSS膝关节功能评分、WOMAC评分,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后各组内Lysholm评分、HSS膝关节功能评分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗后Lysholm评分、HSS膝关节功能评分、WOMAC评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);尤其是治疗后1周。疗效评估,观察组有效率(96.07%)优于对照组有效率(80.00%)。结论:中医手法联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊组治疗膝关节骨关节起效更早,且安全,疗效持久,能改善患者的生命质量。

Clinical Observation on Combination Treatment Of Manipulative Therapy And Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules Oral Therapy On Knee Osteoarthritis

To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese manipulation and oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 101 Patients with knee osteoarthritis who went to Department of Orthopedics,Guanghua Hospital of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine during December 2014 to May 2016 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group in which patients were treated with combination of traditional Chinese manipulation and oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules,and the control group in which patients were only treated with the oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules.Lysholm knee function score,HSS knee function score and WOMAC score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The gender,age,course of disease,body mass index,Lysholm score,HSS knee function score and WOMAC score of the 2 groups showed no significant differences before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,Lysholm knee function score,HSS knee function score and WOMAC score in observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),especially in a week after treatment (P<0.02).Treatment effective rate of the observation group (96.79%) was higher than the control group (82.31%).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese manipulation and oral administration of glucosamine sulfate capsules is a better method of treatment for knee osteoarthritis,combining with the advantage of quicker and more lasting effects and more safety.
