摘    要:
目的:应用三维有限元法研究倒凹、箱型、复合体点状洞3种不同固位方法修复楔形缺损后,牙颈部硬组织的应力分布。方法:通过螺旋CT扫描技术,借助于Mimics、Ansys等软件建立上颌第一前磨牙楔形缺损的三维有限元模型,选择以上3种固位方法模拟修复缺损区,采用三维有限元法对牙颈部硬组织进行应力分析。结果:倒凹、箱型、复合体点状洞修复楔形缺损后,牙颈部硬组织最大主应力分别为5.0113、5.0240、4.7747 MPa;最小主应力分别为0.99187、0.99396、0.94488 MPa。结论:3种固位方法修复楔形缺损复合体点状洞效果最好。
