青贮新玉12号玉米饲喂奶牛效果的研究

摘    要:
本试验在昌吉市佃坝乡、天成牛场进行试验,选用普通玉米种子及新玉12号玉米种子进行播种,待成熟时全部采用蜡黄期玉米全株铡短窖式青贮.调选45头优良、健康、胎次相同、分娩后3~6月的健康的荷斯坦奶牛随机分为三组,通过试验,得出以下结论:新玉12号粗蛋白质含量3.1%,高出普通青贮玉米1.6%,高出专用青贮玉米0.3%;P<0.05,营养成分含量差异显著.从产奶量、乳品质分析以及经济效益对比:饲喂新玉12号玉米青贮饲料,试验组乳脂率分别提高了 0.56%和0.74%;乳蛋白质分别提高了0.33%和0.27%;干物质分别提高了0.63%和0.27%;牛奶酸度分别降低了0.56%和0.07%.表明饲喂新玉12号玉米青贮饲料对奶牛产奶量和牛奶品质有不同程度的提高和改善,并且不会降低牛奶的乳脂率.

Abstract:
In the Dianba township and Tiancheng Dairy of Changji city,this experiment is carried on,We.selected the ordinary corn seeds and the XinYu 12 corn seeds on sowing seeds,wax yellow time corn entire are used to slot the short cellar type ensilage after maturation.Choosing 45 finely,healthy,embryo same,the childbirth latter 3-6 months age of the moon Dutch Stan cow,then stochastically divides those into three groups to carry on the expeiriment,through the experiment,we draw a conclusion as follows:XinYu 12 corn contains 3.1% crude protein content,which is higher than the ordinary silage corn 1.6%,is higher than the special-purpose silage corn 0.3%;P < 0.05,The nutrition ingredient content difference is remarkable.From milk production quantity,milk quality analysis as well as economic efficiency contrast: Feeds the XinYu 12 corn ensilage,the experimental group butterfat rate are enhanced 0.56% and 0.74% respectively;The lactoprotein enhanced 0.33% and 0.27% respectively;;the dry substance enhanced 0.63% and 0.27% separately;The milk acidity reduced 0.56% and 0.07% separately.All that indicates that feeding the XinYu 12 corn ensilage has the varying degree improvement to the cow milk production quantity and the milk quality,at the same time cannot reduce the milk the butterfat rate.
