不同地区与民族3～6岁儿童头发6种元素含量测量

中国图书分类号R723文献标识码C文章编号10014411(2005)10125103【摘要】目的:了解3～6岁儿童头发6种元素水平,探讨6种元素的参考值,为防治某元素过高或缺乏制订诊断标准。方法:头发微量元素测定采用电感藕合高频等离子体发射光谱法;采用SPSS10.0进行方差分析。结果:发钙和发锌的均值随增龄而增加,发铜随增龄而减少;除发铅均值男童高于女童外,发钙、锌、铜、锰女童高于男童;所测元素在各民族与地区间有明显差异;城市儿童发铜高于农村儿童,钙、锌、铅、锰、铝均为农村高于城市。结论:儿童头发6种元素在不同地区和民族间有高、有低,要注意偏高或偏低对儿童健康的影响。

Content of six elements in hair of children aged three ～ six in different areas and nationalities

Objective:To measure the level of six elements in children's hair,and discuss their standard them.Methods:Monitor microelement in hair.With Inductance.coupling frequency plasma project.Results:Average value of calcium and zincum in hair increase with the grouth of age.Cupcrum in hair decrease with the grouth of age.Boy's plumbum in hair was higher than girl's,nevertheless girl's other elements were higher than boy's.There were evident differences of these tested elements among different nationality and differenet areas.The cuprum in hair of city children was higher than that of country children.Other elements of city children were lower than country children.Conclusion:Six elements in children's hair hare different level in different nationalities and areas.We should pay attention to the influence of higher level or lower on children's health.
