脑梗死患者脑脊液及血清中载脂蛋白及脂类的变化

摘    要:目的:观察脑梗死患者脑脊液(CSF)及血清中载脂蛋白及脂类代谢的变化。方法:脑梗死患者80例及对照组40例,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定载脂蛋白E(ApoE),用单向免疫扩散法测定载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)及载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100),用酶法测定胆固醇(Ch)和甘油三酯(TG)。结果:脑梗死患者CSF中ApoAI及ApoE明显高于对照组(P<0.01及<0.05),ApoB100未检出,Ch及TG及对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。血清中ApoE、ApoB100、TG均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),ApoAI、Ch与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CSF与血清中各项指标间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者CSF及血清中脂类及载脂蛋白含量发生变化,其检测可用于脑梗死危险因素的预测。

Abstract:Aim: To determine apolipoprotein AI(ApoAI), apolipoprotein E( ApoE), apolipoprotein B100(ApoB100), cholesterol (Ch) , and triglyceride(TG) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) and serum of the pateints with cerebral infarction. Methods: In 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 40 control individuals, ApoE was measured by ELISA, ApoAI and ApoB100, by immun-odiffusion assay, and Ch and TG, by enzyme assay. Results: Compared with the controls, the levels of ApoAI and ApoE in the CSF and those of ApoE, ApoB100 and TG in serum of cerebral infarction patients were significantly higher ( P < 0.01 and < 0.05), but the changes of Ch and TG in the CSF and those of ApoAI and Ch in serum were not significant( P > 0.05) . ApoB100 wasn't found in the CSF in patient and control groups. Levels of any lipids and apolipoproteins in the CSF of cerebral infarction patients and controls were not related to those in serum( P > 0.05). Conclusion: The ApoAI and ApoE levels in the CSF, and the ApoE, ApoB100, and TG levels in serum may increase in the pateints with cerebral infarction.
