富铬酵母对糖尿病小鼠血糖水平及耳廓微循环的影响

目的 探讨有机铬对糖尿病的治疗作用和机理.方法 取60只雄性小鼠腹腔注射中等剂量链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,另取10只为正常对照组.将60只糖尿病模型小鼠随机分为糖尿病对照组、阳性对照组和高、中、低剂量富铬酵母组各12只.正常对照组和糖尿病对照组均灌服蒸馏水,阳性对照组灌服二甲双胍2.1273mg/(10 g·d),高、中、低富铬酵母组分别灌服500、250、125 μg/(kg·d)富铬酵母水溶液,连续给药4周,实验期间适当降温.观察各组给药前后进食、饮水、肢端坏疽情况及血糖水平、耳廓微循环指标变化.结果 给药第3周末,除正常对照组外其余各组均出现不同程度肢端坏疽;与糖尿病对照组比较,高、中、低剂量富铬酵母组血糖水平明显降低、耳廓微循环指标明显改善,且作用具有剂量依赖性.结论 富铬酵母可作为治疗糖尿病的辅助性药物.
