应用拉米夫定和香菇菌多糖治疗慢性乙型肝炎

目的评估拉米夫定和香菇菌多糖治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法选择我院2002年6月～2003年12月门诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者45例,随机分成治疗组22例,给予拉米夫定100mg,1次/d 香菇菌多糖20 mg,2次/d.对照组23例,给予单药拉米夫定100 mg,1次/d.两组同时给予金酸萍15 g,2次/d(2个月).两组疗程均为18个月.同时观察两组患者的肝功能,乙肝病毒标志物的变化.结果两组患者血清ALT在治疗过程的复常率差异无显著性(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗结束时,患者HBeAg及HBV DNA的阴转率分别是36.4%和95.5%,抗HBe的阳转率31.8%;对照组患者HBeAg及HBV DNA的阴转率分别是13.0%(P＜0.05)和86.9%(P＞0.05),抗HBe阳转率8.7%(P＜0.05);治疗结束后继续随访6个月,治疗组出现反跳性肝炎的发生率为22.7%;对照组56.5%(P＜0.05).结论拉米夫定联合香菇菌多糖是治疗慢型肝炎较有效的方法.

Effect of lamivudine and lentinan Combination Treatment in Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of lamivudine and Lentinan combination treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 45 outpatients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital (2002. 6-2003. 12) were enrolled and randomized into control (n=23) and treatment(n= 22) groups . Patients in the treatment group were given Lamivudine 100mg, 1 time/day, and Lantinan 20 mg, 2 times/day, for 18 months; while patients in the control group were given just Lamivudine 100mg, 1 time/day, for 18 months. Patients in both control and treatment groups were given "Jin SuanPing"15g / day for 2 months. The HBVmakers, HBV - DNA and liver function were examined. Results The difference of serum ALT normalization rate between treatment and control groups was not significant (P < 0. 05), at the end of therapy, the negative rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the treatment group were 36. 4% , 95. 5% respectively, the and-HBe positive rate was 31. 8% , while in the control group, the negative rate of HBe Ag and HBV-DNA were 13. 0% (P< 0. 05)30. 4% , 86. 9% (P> 0. 05) , respectively, and the anti-HBe positive rate was 8. 7% (P < 0. 05). In the 6 months follow-up of the end of the therapy, the relapse rate in the control and the treatment groups was 56. 5% ,22. 7% respectively (P <0. 05). Conclusions Lamivudine and Lentinan combination is an effective treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
