银杏达莫注射液治疗120例原发性肾病综合征临床疗效分析

目的评价银杏达莫注射液对原发性肾病综合征的临床治疗效果。方法将238例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分成2组,对照组118例,实施常规疗法,给予1 mg/（kg.d）强的松及其他对症治疗。治疗组120例,在常规治疗前提下,给予银杏达莫注射液治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组PT、APTT、Fbg、HCT及D-二聚体明显改善（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗前、治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组各指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组尿蛋白、血浆蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯均明显改善（P〈0.05）;两组各指标比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论银杏达莫注射液能够有效改善肾病综合征的高凝状态,降低尿蛋白,增加血浆清蛋白浓度,控制脂质代谢,加快肾病综合征的缓解。

Effect of ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection on 120 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection on primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 238 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into treatment group（n=120） and control group（n=118）.Control group received conventional therapy：1 mg/（kg · d）of prednisone and other symptomatic treatment;Treatment group received conventional therapy and ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection treatment.Results After treatment,The PT,APTT,Fbg,HCT and D-dimer of treatment group were improved（P0.05）,while no significant difference was observed in control group（P0.05）,there were significant differences in the indicators between the two groups（P0.05）;The urine protein,plasma protein,cholesterol and triglyceride in the two groups were improved（P0.05）,there were significant differences in the indicators between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection can effectively improve the hypercoagulable state of nephrotic syndrome,reduce proteinuria,enhance the plasma albumin concentration,control lipid metabolism,speed up the remission of nephrotic syndrome.
