| 摘 要： | 目的优选芩莲口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法以芩莲口服液中有效成分黄芩苷的含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选芩莲口服液提取工艺。结果芩莲口服液的最佳提取工艺：料液比为1∶8,浸泡2 h,煎煮2次,每次2 h。结论优选出的提取工艺合理、稳定、经济。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction process of qinlian oral liquid.Methods The test was designed according to orthogonal test with the content of baicalin as the indicator.Results The best extraction process：solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 8,soak for 2 h,decocting for 2 times（2 h for each time）.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable,stable and economic. |
