平阳霉素与利多卡因及氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:考察平阳霉素与利多卡因及0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性.方法:模拟临床用药浓度,观察放置不同时间后混合液的外观、pH及平阳霉素和2%利多卡因的含量变化.结果:平阳霉素混合后8 h内含量未发生明显变化,24 h发生了显著改变(P<0.05);2%利多卡因混合后2 h含量即发生了显著变化(P<0.01);混合液的pH值虽发生了显著变化(P<0.01),但溶液的外观、最大吸收峰的位置及峰形未见改变,也无其他吸收峰产生.结论:平阳霉素与利多卡因在0.9%氯化钠溶液中2 h内可配伍使用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the compatibility after mixing pingyangmycin, lidocaine, and sodium chloride injection.Method: The contents of pingyangmycin and lidocaine were determined by UV spectrophotometer. The pH of solution was assayed by pH meter, the appearance of mixture was observed.Result: There was no evident change in content( P > 0.05 ) of pingyangmycin within 8 hours after mixed, however, there was evident change in content of pingyangmycin ( P < 0.05 ) within 24 hours after mixed by t test, and a evident change in content of lidocaine within 2 hours after mixed. The pH of mixture was change,but,there were no evident changes in the appearance and absorption curves.Conclusion: This test indicated that pingyangmycin was stable within 2 hours after mixed with lidocaine and sodium chloride injection.
