影像学检查在原发性咽旁间隙肿瘤诊断中的价值

目的通过对原发性咽旁间隙肿瘤CT、MRI检查资料的分析研究,探讨影像学检查在咽旁间隙肿瘤诊断中的意义。方法收集1989年1月至2005年1月我科收治的原发性咽旁间隙肿瘤患者147例,所有病例均作CT或（和）MRI检查。结果CT和MRI可较好地提供肿瘤的位置、大小、范围、肿瘤的边缘是否光滑及与颈部大血管的关系,为制订手术方案提供重要的参考意见。结论术前行CT、MRI检查对原发性咽旁间隙肿瘤治疗方案和手术径路的选择有重要意义。

Diagnostic value of imaging examination in primary tumors of parapharyngeal space

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in primary tumors of parapharyngeal space(PPS).Methods The data of 147 patients with PPS tumor treated in our department during the period from January,1989 to January,2005 were collected and reviewed.All the patients were examined by CT or/and MRI.Results CT and MRI could provide the position,size,confine of the tumor and its relationship with cervical blood vessels well,which were important to operation schemes.Conclusion CT and MRI before operation are valuable to the treatment of PPS tumors.
