摘    要:目的 比较关木通配伍前后马兜铃酸A含量的差异,探讨龙胆泻肝汤配伍的合理性.方法 采用HPLC法,测定关木通单煎液与龙胆泻肝汤中马兜铃酸A的含量.结果 马兜铃酸A在0.76~51.00 μg·ml-1范围内线性良好,关木通单煎液和复方煎液的方法回收率分别为98.6%和96.5%;单煎液中马兜铃酸A的含量明显高于复方煎液(P<0.05).结论 关木通在龙胆泻肝汤中配伍以后可以降低马兜铃酸A的煎出量.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The contents differences of aristolochic acid A were analyzed in Caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis and Longdanxiegan decoction which was composed of Caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis and other Chinese traditional medicines according to TCM theory.The rationalization about the compatibility of Longdanxiegan decoction was explored in some respect.METHODS An HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of aristolochic acid A in Longdanxiegan decoction co-boiling extracts and Caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis individual boiling extracts.The difference of their contents of aristolochic acid A was compared.RESULTS A good resolution was achieved in aristolochic acid A and its calibration curve was established with good linearity.The recovery of the method in individual boiling extracts and co-boiling extracts were 98.6% and 96.5%,respectively;the content of aristolochic acid A was lower in co-boiling extracts than that in individual boiling extracts(n=6,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The results suggest that the content of aristolochic acid A in Caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis could be decreased significantly after compatibility in Longdanxiegan decoction.
