| 摘 要： | 为了为肩胛肌背阔肌皮瓣联合移植提供微血管资料，用新鲜成人尸体标本，将肩胛、背阔肌皮瓣交界处分８个区，分别切取组织块做连续切片。应用ＬＵＺＥＸ－Ｆ图像分析仪观察皮瓣微血管构筑的形态特点，测量各层血管间的网眼密度和网眼面积。结果皮瓣交界区微血管丰富。

Microvasculature of the Crossing Area of Scapular and latissimus Dorsi Flap |

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide microvascular data for the union transplantation of the scapular and latissimus dorsi flap.Method: Using adult cadavers as samples,the crossing area of the scapular latissmus dorsi flap was divided into eight regions, the tissues from which were cut into serial sections.The morphological characteristics of microvascular architecture of these tissue sections, including the vascular density and areas were observed and measured.Results: There are plentiful microressels in the crossing area of the scapular latissmus dorsi flap. |
