摘    要:目的 建立烫伤膜及烫伤油中大黄素的含量测定方法,方法 采用HPLC法,C18柱,流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸水溶液,检测波长为254nm。结果 大黄素在7.20min出峰,烫伤膜,烫伤油的平均回收率分别为96.37%和97.9%。RSD分别为0.64%和1.11%。结论 烫伤油改为膜剂后,其主要成分大黄素的含量高于原有油剂,此检测方法简单快速,准确实用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the method for the determination of the content of emodin in Scald Oil and Scald Membrane.METHOD HPLC method was used, with C 18 column, methanol-phosphoric acid water solution as the mobile phase and 254 nm wavelength.RESULT Emodin reached its peat at 7.2 min, the recovery rates of Scald Membrane and Scald Oil were 96.37% and 97.9% respectively and RSD were 0.64% and 1.11% respectively. CONCLUSION After Scald Oil changes into membrane form, the content of the main component emodin is higher than the oil form. This method of determination is quick, accurate and practical.
