骨科患者健康教育的实施与护理

目的通过对骨科患者传授健康知识和技能，进而转变受教育者的健康观念和健康行为。方法对123例骨折或骨病的患者与正常健康人心理状况的调查方法得知。结果骨折或骨病患者存在恐惧、悲观、焦虑、痛苦等心理问题，我科健康教育内容就是针对此心理，向患者讲解骨科疾病的常识及复位前、后相关知识、注意事项以及功能锻炼、心理与疾病的关系，治疗进展等。结论做好上述护理能帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心并从根本上帮助患者建立健康生活方式，从而尽快康复。

On Health Education Implementation and Nursing in Orthopedics Patients

Objective To instruct health knowledge and skills for orthopedics patients, and to further change the health minds and behaviors of the educated. Methods An investigation was surveyed on the psychologic status in both 123 patients with fracture or osteonosus and healthy subjects. Results The psychological problems with fear, pessimistic, anxiety, and distress were commonly seen in patients with fracture or osteonosus; The context of health education was designed to solve these problems in our department, which included interpreting for patients common sense of orthopedics diseases, knowledge and notice associated with pre- and post-reduction, and correlation of the functional exercise and psychology and the disease, as well as therapy progression. Conclusion Doing a good job in the above-mentioned nursing interventions can assist in creating confidences of patients in overcoming the diseases, and in fundamentally forming the healthy life style for them, and facilitate their immediate rehabilitation.
