黄连解毒汤的镇痛、抗炎及体内抗肿瘤作用

目的：研究黄连解毒汤的镇痛、抗炎及体内抗肿瘤作用。方法：通过小鼠热板实验及耳肿胀实验研究黄连解毒汤的镇痛和抗炎作用；建立小鼠S180腹水瘤模型，观察黄连解毒汤对小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数和鼠S180癌细胞形态的影响，并测定荷瘤小鼠生存率。结果：黄连解毒汤高、中、低剂量组的痛阈及耳廓肿胀率与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；高剂量组脾脏、胸腺指数与对照组相比有所降低，差异有显著性（P〈0．05或0．01）；细胞形态学观察显示黄连解毒汤高、中剂量组S180癌细胞变形严重；黄连解毒汤各剂量组小鼠生存率明显高于对照组。结论：黄连解毒汤具有显著的镇痛、抗炎活性，体内对鼠S180小鼠移植瘤有一定的抗肿瘤活性，可延长荷瘤小鼠寿命。

Analgesic,Anti-inflammatory and in vivo Antitumor Effects of Huanglianjiedu Decoction

Objective： To study the analgesic, anti-inflammatory and in vivo antitumor effects of Huanglianjiedu Decoction （HLJDT）. Methods： The anti-inflamatory and analgesic effects were studied with xylene-induced ear swelling and hot plate test in mice. Antitumor activities were tested in mice with experimental tumor S180 in vivo. The thymus index, spleen index, morphology of S180 cancer cell and survival rate of tumor-bearing mice were evaluated. Results： On the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, the difference between HLJDT in high, middle, low dose and the control group were extremely significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Thymus index and spleen index in high dose group compared with the control group decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ）. Cell morphology showed HLJDT could induce apoptosis of S180 cancer cells. The survival rate of mice in HLJDT group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion： HLJDT has obvious analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects in vivo. It can prolong the service life of tumor-bearing mice.
