空心钉治疗股骨近端骨折

目的 总结空心钉治疗股骨近端骨折的适应证，疗效及并发症。方法 对35例股骨近端骨折病例行空心钉固定治疗，观察术后疗效及并发症。结果 35例平均随访18．5个月(4个月～2年半)，优良率占91．4％，并发症有空心钉切割股骨头及髋内翻。结论 空心钉治疗股骨近端骨折，操作简单，抗弯应力及防旋转能力强，既能对股骨头开槽减压，又有骨折端双头加压作用，提高了愈合率。

Cannulated screws treatment the fractures of femoral neck and intertrochantic

Objective To review the indications, therapeaic effect and complications of internal fixation with cannulated screws for the fractures of femoral neck and intertrochantic. Methods 35cases were treated with this internal fixation device. The complications and treatment results were studied. Results The patients were followed up for 18.5 months in average (from 4 months to two and half the year). The rate of excellence reaches 91.4%, there are two main complications. One is hip varus and the other is that the threaded part of the screws cut out from the femoral head. Conclusion The operation for inserting cannulated screws is simple; meanwhile the union rate is high. Smaller exposure is required. This device provides a stronger ability to stand bending and tortuous stress. It can not only reduce the pressure in the femoral head by the pipe of the screws, but also provide more powerful compression in the site of fracture.
