痛泻宁穴位敷贴治疗溃疡性结肠炎的实验研究

目的:探讨痛泻宁贴膏剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理及安全性。方法:分别选用小鼠、大鼠、家兔等实验动物对痛泻宁贴膏剂进行抗炎实验、镇痛实验、经口急毒实验、皮肤刺激实验等研究。结果:痛泻宁贴膏剂有明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀、抑制疼痛的作用,经口急性毒性的LD50>5 000mg/kg,贴膏剂对正常及损伤皮肤均无刺激。结论:痛泻宁贴膏剂有明显的抗炎及抑制疼痛的作用,安全无毒,对皮肤无刺激性。

Experimental Studies on Ulcerative Colitis of Tongxiening Adhesive Plaster

Objective:To explore the mechanism and security of Tongxiening adhesive plaster in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods: The experimental animal, such as mice, rats and rabbits, were selected individually to conduct some experimental studies, including the anti-inflammatory test, analgesic test, peroral acute toxicity test and dermal irritant test. Results: Tongxiening adhesive plaster had obvious effects in restraining auricle swelling of mice and easing pain, no any irritation on normal or injury skin, and its LD50 was above 5 000mg/kg in the peroral acute toxicity test. Conclusion: It suggested that Tongxiening adhesive plaster exerted obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory function, with security, nontoxicity, and nonirritation.
