PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax在喉癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘    要:
目的检测喉鳞状细胞癌组织中PCNA、Bel-2和Bax的表达水平,探讨PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax在LSCC发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌、10例声带非典型增生中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的表达水平。结果30例喉鳞状细胞癌中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的阳性表达率分别为96.6%(29/30),93.3%(28/30)和60%(18/30),声带非典型增生中PCNA、Bcl-2和Bax的阳性表达率分别为60%(6/10),30%(3/10)和70%(7/10)。PCNA和Bcl-2阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05,而Bax阳性表达两组间差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展可能与PCNA的高表达和Bel-2与Bax表达失衡有关,可能是细胞异常增生和凋亡失衡的共同结果。

Significance of Expressions of PCNA,Bcl-2 and Bax in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract:
Objective To study the expressions of PCNA, Bcl-2 and Bax in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and their roles. Methods Immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to examine the expressions of PCNA, Bcl-2 and Bax in 30 cases of LSCC and 10 eases of vocal cords atypical hyperplasia ( VCAH). Results The positive rates of PCNA, Bcl-2 and Bax were 96.6% , 93.3% and 60.0% in LSCC, and 60.0% , 30.0% and 70.0% in the VCAH, respectively. There were significant differences in the expressions of Bcl-2 and PCNA between LSCC group and VCAH group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the expression of Bax between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The over-expression of PCNA, as well as the unbalance between Bcl-2 and Bax, may be a positive factor in the pathogenesis of LSCC. It is suggested that LSCC development may result from a co-operation of abnormal proliferation and unbalanced apoptosis.
