| 摘 要： | 目的比较研究覆盖义齿和全口总义齿的咀嚼功能。方法19例半口覆盖义齿的患者和22例全口总义齿的患者分为两组,分别测定义齿初戴当天、2周、6个月的咀嚼效率和最大咬合力。结果两组咀嚼效率和最大咬合力不同,覆盖义齿组高于全口总义齿组。结论应用覆盖基牙的半口覆盖义齿相比全口总义齿的咀嚼效率和最大咬合力有明显提高,对口腔咀嚼功能的恢复有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the masticatory function of the patients rehabilitated with complete overlay denture and complete denture. Methods Two groups of subjects, i.e. 19 ones with complete overlay denture and 22 ones with complete denture were enrolled into the study. Their mean masticatory efficiency and maximum bite force were measured that very day with denture and two weeks and three months later after denture installation, respectively.Results The subjects with complete overlay had better masticatory efficiency and better maximum bite force than those with complete denture.Conclusion The patients with complete overlay denture have better masticatory efficiency and bite force than those with complete denture. |
