| 摘 要： | 目的调查慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理特点和生活质量状况,为有针对性的进行心理干预提供依据。方法对184例慢性乙型肝炎患者(肝炎组)和190例正常体检健康人群(对照组)进行症状评定量表(SCL-90)和健康状况问卷(SF-36)量表测定。结果肝炎组SCL-90中总分、躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、敌对因子分明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝炎组SF-36得分在维度躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康、总的健康状况等方面明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者存在严重的心理问题,生活质量明显下降;对于慢性乙型肝炎患者应给予积极的针对性的心理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mental status and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B,to provide the evidence for mental intervention.Methods 184 outpatients with chronic hepatitis B（hepatitis group） and 190 normal medical examination people（control group） were assessed by SCL-90 and SF-36.Results The SCL-90 total scores and the scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility were markedly higher in hepatitis group than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of body pain,vital impulse,society function,role of sentiment,psychological health,total health status were lower in hepatitis group than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with chronic hepatitis B have a reduced status of mental health,and the quality of life is obviously descended,so actively directed mental intervention shoud be carried out in patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
