卵巢癌组织及癌旁组织端粒酶活性的表达

目的:探讨卵巢癌组织与癌旁组织端粒酶的表达情况。方法:利用TRAP-银染方法对36例卵巢癌组织标本及时应32例癌旁组织标本检测分析。结果:卵巢癌组织、癌旁组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织端粒酶表达活性分别为91.67％、3.13％和6.67％,卵巢癌组明显高于其他两组,差异显著P<0.01;癌旁组织与卵巢良性肿瘤之间无显著性差异P>0.05。结论:卵巢癌组织与癌旁组织端粒酶活性表达存在质的区别,为卵巢癌患者保留卵巢功能手术提供理论依据。

Activity of Telomerase in Ovary Carcinoma Tissues and Para-Carcinoma Tissues

Objective: Our aim was to study the expressions of telomerase in ovary carcinoma and para - carcinoma tissues. Methods: Telomere repeat amplification protocol-silver staining (TRAP-Silver staining )was used to detect telomerase activity in 36 cases of ovary carcinoma tissues, 32 of para-carcinoma tissues, and 30 of tissues with benign ovary disease. Results: The detective rates of telomerase was 91. 67% in ovary carcinoma tissues ,3. 13% in para-carcinoma, and 6.67% in cystadenoma. The detective rate of telomerase were significantly higher in ovary carcinoma group than those in the other 2 groups (P < 0. 01). There was no significant difference in the detective rates of telomerase between para-carcinoma and cystadenoma tissues. Conclusion: There was significant difference in the activity of telomerase between ovary carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues,which can supply theoretical warranty for operation to reserve ovary function for patients with ovary carcinoma.
