南宁市儿童先天性心脏病危险因素的配对研究

本文对南宁市城区3～10岁的103例先天性心脏病患儿与性别相同、出生日期相差在3个月以内的健康儿童进行病例对照1:2配对研究。所得资料用条件 Logistic 回归模型进行多因素综合分析,结果在α=0.05的水平上,从30个可疑危险因素中筛选出5个对先天性心脏病发病有统计学意义的危险因素:母亲孕早期用解热镇痛药(R R=11.14)、孕早期患风疹(R R=8.89)、孕早期用抗菌素(R R=5.51)、孕早期患感冒(R R=4.28)和孕期母亲年龄偏大(R R=2.22)。其他可疑危险因素在本次研究中来得到证实。

A MATCHED STUDY OF THE RISK FACTORS ON CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE IN CHILDREN

Since the causes of congenital heart disease in children are poorly under- stood,a 1:2 matched pair case-control study was conducted to investigate the risk factors of congenital heart disease among 103 children aged 3 to 10 in Nan- ning.The main investigation items are:general conditions of parents,exposure to some environmental risk factors during early pregnancy and family history of congenital heart disease.According to conditional logistical regression model, multivariate analysis was made on IBM-PC computer.The results showed that the intake of aspirin and antibiotic,the attack of rubella and common cold during early pregnancy as well as the excess age of pregnancy were associated with children's congenital heart disease.As shown by the statistics data,no significant difference was observed in all the other factors.
