| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨降低高龄前列腺电切术患者术后并发症发生的护理措施。方法:对我科2005年1~11月70岁以上高龄前列腺电切术患者125例进行回顾性总结分析。结果:125例高龄老人前列腺电切术成功率达99%以上。结论:术后严密的观察护理,对可能出现的并发症给予重视,及时正确处理,是高龄老人手术顺利的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective :Probe into nursing measures to reduce complications underwent TURP .Method :125 elderly patients with TURP were given analysed and appropriate nursing measures.Result :The successful rate of TURP was reduced 99%.Conclusion :Closed observation nursing after operation ,pay attention to complications and correct treatment were the important assurance for elderly patients' operation . |
