麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛90例临床疗效观察

目的观察麝香保心丸治疗冠心病、心绞痛的疗效价值。方法将180例冠心病、心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组行常规内科治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用麝香保心丸，观察两组治疗前后心绞痛疗效、常规心电图ST-T改变，心绞痛发作情况，同时观察药物反应及副作用。结果观察组患者心绞痛症状和心电图改善总有效率分别为90％、64．4％，优于对照组的62．2％、43．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。

The clinical observation of Shexiangbaoxin pill treatment of 90 cases of angina pectoris

Objective To observe the treatment value of Shexiangbaoxin pill for coronary artery disease and angina. Methods 180 patients with coronary heart disease, angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent conventional medical treatment, the treatment group based on the plus Shexiangbaoxin pill were observed before and after treatment angina pectoris, ECG ST -T changes, angina pectoris, while observing drug reactions and side effects. Results The symptoms and ECG ST-T changes effective rate of the treatment group were 90% and 64.4% , better than the 62. 2% and 43.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
